Nusuk is the official Saudi platform under the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, designed to simplify the complex logistics of pilgrimage.
My role was to communicate this "all-in-one" solution—from e-visas and flight bookings to interactive maps—to a global audience of millions.
The Strategic Approach
To maximize reach and relevance, we executed a two-pronged "Global-Local" strategy:
Hyper-Local OOH (Out-of-Home): High-impact billboard campaigns strategically placed across major cities in Egypt, Algeria, and Morocco to capture high-intent physical traffic.
Digital-First Social Strategy: A targeted social media rollout across the wider MENA region and beyond, focusing on driving app downloads through storytelling and ease-of-use highlights.
